David brings a wealth of knowledge and unparallelled sales experience to the table. He has been an owner and Vice President of Sales for three different companies over the last 20 years. From sales to service, David has built one of the best reputations in the Construction industry. While working with Roof 911 in one year alone, he oversaw over $1.4 million in storm restoration commercial and residential roofing projects. He knows how to initiate customer contact, build customer relations and most importantly, maintain those relationships.
Karl has been in the construction industry for approximately 20 years. He started in residential construction before becoming a successful project executive in commercial construction within the Chicago market. He has overseen well over $125 million worth of construction projects ranging from new construction, renovation work, interior buildouts, civil infrastructure, job order contracts and green technology. Karl’s professional highlights include the demolition and restoration of Chicago’s Meigs Field, 7/10th Ward Streets and Sanitations Facility, North Ave Streetscape Improvements, a LEED Certified Household Hazardous Waste Facility, the situation room for the City of Chicago 911 Center and Chicago’s first Wind Turbine operation. Karl attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.S. in Construction Administration.
